How it All Got Started Our company owner, Jason’s “light bulb” moment for coming up with the idea of starting Mobile Illumination came on a movie studio tour. Looking around at all the Christmas lighting and décor, Jason realized that he could make a significant impact by designing and creating festive Christmas displays. Aiming to bring the joy of the holidays to those around him, Jason started installing Christmas lights for people within his network. He carefully planned each design, sourced Christmas lights and decorations from local stores, and meticulously installed holiday lighting and décor that never failed to bring smiles to all who drove by. After building momentum in the first few years, Jason invited his brother Chad to join him in an effort to continue growing the business and make an even greater impact on the community. Soon after starting the business, local commercial and municipal property owners expressed interest in Mobile Illumination’s quality and design services. To meet the demand, Jason and Chad expanded their lighting and décor services to commercial properties. Eventually, they took on increasingly larger lighting installation projects, such as The Grove, Universal Studios, and Warner Bros. Jason and Chad felt so lucky to continue their journey professionally decorating for the holidays, all while sharing the joy of holiday lighting with the greater Los Angeles area. As lighting projects outside the holidays arose, Mobile Illumination began providing elegant lighting designs for special events, landscapes, and year-round use. Our company was founded on the pride and attention to detail that we put into decorating our own homes and businesses. We put that same level of quality into every holiday, special event, landscape, or year-round lighting design that we install and service.
