The COVID-19 pandemic has made many of us make significant changes to our lives and the way we do business. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to anyone who has been affected by this virus. First and foremost, we’d like to extend our deepest gratitude to the frontline workers and first responders working tirelessly for those in need.

During these uncertain times, we feel it is important to update you regarding our unwavering commitment to you, our team, and business partners. We continue to service you with the same high level of care, quality and expertise Mobile Illumination is known for. At the same time, we’re making changes to our operations to ensure the safety of our team and our clients during the pandemic.

At present, we are continuing with our normal operating hours and on-site service support. With that said, we have taken the following measures to ensure we are protecting our customers, team members, and their families to the greatest extent possible. Here’s what we’re doing to keep safety our top priority while continuing to deliver our services:

COVID-19 Response -PPE

Protective Equipment

All technicians and lighting designers are using hand sanitizer, before and after each service call, and disinfectant wipes on all equipment that comes to your home or business. Masks are provided to be worn over their nose and mouth during in-person consultations and if access is needed to any electric panels inside a home or business.

COVID-19 Response -Employee Health

Compliance with the CDC

All Mobile Illumination team members are required to stay home if they do not feel well and show any symptoms consistent with COVID-19. Our team has been instructed to comply with the guidelines issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Social Distancing

Our team is embracing the social distancing practices encouraged by government officials. To this end, we will not ask you to shake our hands, touch our tablets or mobile devices, or have direct physical contact with us.

Virtual In-home Consultations

Start your project with a no-obligation virtual in-home consultation with one of our lighting designers. Share with us your ideas, goals, and unique features of your property. In return, get our expert advice and lighting suggestions. This is a great way to show us pictures or videos of your property – without anyone stepping into your home. In person consultations are also available (social distancing guidelines apply).
