We are proud to announce the winner of our 4th Annual Decorated for Service Christmas Giveaway, José G. and his wonderful family! In 2014, Mobile Illumination launched this special giveaway in order to show our deep appreciation and gratitude to the brave veterans of Los Angeles County. Those who have served have sacrificed so much for our safety and freedom, and thus, deserve to be honored and recognized. By awarding one of our local heroes with a holiday lighting and décor package, we aim to give back to those who truly deserve it.
José G. joined the army in 2003 and was stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He deployed twice to Afghanistan and twice to Iraq. While in deployment, José earned a bronze star and purple heart. Throughout his service, José and his family acted selflessly and with utmost honor. Mobile Illumination was more than happy to give back to José, his wife Natalie, and daughters Isabella and Delilah. When we helped the family turn on their Christmas lights for the first time, their appreciative smiles and joyful remarks were the most rewarding gift of all. Thank you José G. and family for your service and bright and beautiful Christmas spirit.
